BOARD & TRAINING

Board and training is where your dog is kept overnight at our facility for a certain period of time receiving care and getting intense training day to day. It’s a great course for dogs with busy owners who have active schedules. 

During the course, your dog is worked around people, other dogs and in different environments on a day to day basis. Regular visits can be scheduled for you and your family to come and learn to work under our supervision. These guided training sessions give you an opportunity to learn more about your dog’s behavior and how he/she is learning in class. The same methods we use in our training sessions will be the same methods we will teach you when you come for a visit. 

Both training courses includes: a certificate of completion, the training equipment needed for your dog, one free Tyger k9 shirt, unlimited follow up lesson at Tyger K9, a dog training pouch and a dog leash.

Here’s a list of current vaccinations needed to board your dog on our premises: Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella . Bordetella MUST be given by your veterinarian up to 10 days prior to boarding. TK9 recommends all dogs should be on some form of flea/tick preventative, but it’s not required.
